SHIPPING REGIONS
Domestic: We ship across the entire United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
International: We ship to international destinations via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- In-Stock Items: 5–7 business days
- Custom / Made-to-Order Items: 10–14 business days
- Wholesale Orders (50+ items): approximately 3 weeks
- Large Wholesale Orders (300+ items): 4–6 weeks
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES
Rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. International rates are shown at checkout once your address is entered. Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available for customers in Los Angeles, CA. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and arrange a convenient pickup time at our location.
TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to track via the carrier's website.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Lost: Contact us immediately at support@simboonation.com with your order details.
- Damaged: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact support@simboonation.com immediately. After 24 hours, custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply based on the destination country. Simboo Nation is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.
- Some remote locations may not be available — contact us before ordering.
