Private Label Branding
Every garment we produce carries your brand identity. Custom woven neck labels, branded hang tags, poly bags, packaging and brand inserts — all included from our Retailer tier.
Custom Printing & Embroidery
We offer screen printing, DTF printing, embroidery, sublimation and heat transfer decoration on all garment types. Professional finish guaranteed on every order.
Design & Development Support
No artwork? No problem. Our in-house design team can develop your graphics, logo, garment tech packs and print-ready artwork files from your brief or concept.
Sample Production
Before any bulk order begins we produce a physical sample for your review and approval. You see the quality, fit and finish before committing to full production.

Starter Tier — 10 to 49 pieces
From $20 per piece
Designed for new brands, entrepreneurs and boutiques placing their first order. Includes basic private label branding and 14-day production.
Growth Tier — 50 to 199 pieces
From $15 per piece
Designed for growing retail businesses and established boutiques. Includes full private label branding, custom packaging and 10-day production.
Enterprise Tier — 200 pieces and above
From $10 per piece
Designed for large retailers, distributors and established clothing brands. Includes full private label, custom packaging, dedicated account manager and 7-day production.
A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The balance is due prior to shipment. Samples are available from 1 piece.

DTF Printing (Direct to Film) — Photographic quality reproduction with exceptional detail and colour accuracy. Suitable for complex graphics and smaller runs.
Embroidery — Premium, professional appearance ideal for logos, brand names and text on hoodies, caps, polo shirts and corporate apparel.
Sublimation Printing — Full garment all-over printing on polyester fabrics. Perfect for activewear, sportswear and fashion pieces.

Our Production Process
Stage 1 — Consultation & Brief
Submit your enquiry via our order form or contact us directly. We review your requirements and respond with a detailed production proposal within 24 to 48 hours.
Stage 2 — Quotation
We provide a comprehensive quote including per-unit pricing, branding costs, production timeline and shipping estimate. No obligation at this stage.
Stage 3 — Design Finalisation
Submit your artwork files or work with our design team to finalise your graphics, labels and packaging design. We provide a digital proof for your approval before any production begins.
Stage 4 — Sample Production
We manufacture a physical pre-production sample for your review. You assess the fabric quality, garment fit, print accuracy and branding before approving bulk production.
Stage 5 — Bulk Production
Upon sample approval and deposit payment your full order enters production. We provide photographic updates at key production milestones so you are fully informed throughout.
Stage 6 — Quality Control & Dispatch
Every completed order undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection before packing. Your order is then dispatched with full tracking and cargo insurance.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style. Samples are available from 1 piece prior to bulk production.
Do I need to provide my own design?
No. Our design team can develop your artwork, graphics, tech packs and print-ready files from your concept or brief. Design service fees apply depending on scope.
What artwork file formats do you require?
We accept vector files in AI or EPS format and high-resolution raster files in PNG or PDF format at a minimum of 300 DPI. Low-resolution files can be redrawn by our design team for a nominal fee.
How long does production take?
Production timelines range from 7 to 14 business days depending on order volume and complexity. Rush production is available for urgent orders at an additional fee.
Is a deposit required to begin production?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch of your completed order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. All international orders include full tracking. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Will my customers see Simboo Nation branding on the products?
No. All Simboo Nation branding is removed and replaced entirely with your own brand identity. We operate as a confidential manufacturing partner.
