What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity starts at just 10–20 pieces for custom manufacturing. For wholesale orders the MOQ varies by product type. We also offer low MOQ private label options making it easy for startups to get started without large upfront investment.
How long does production take?
Production times vary by order type. In-stock items ship in 5–7 business days. Custom manufacturing takes 3–4 weeks. Wholesale orders of 50+ pieces take approximately 3 weeks. Large enterprise orders of 300+ pieces can take 4–6 weeks depending on complexity.
What is white labeling and how does it work?
White labeling means we remove all Simboo Nation branding from the garments and replace it with your brand. You get custom neck labels, hang tags and packaging with your logo and brand identity. Your customers will only see your brand — not ours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide via USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties which are the responsibility of the recipient. Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $100.
How do I start a custom order?
Simply fill out our quote request form with your design requirements, quantity, timeline and budget. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote. Once approved we move into design, sample creation and then full production.
What is the starting price per piece?
Our pricing starts at $20 per piece for custom manufacturing, wholesale and private label orders. The final price depends on quantity, fabric choice, complexity of design and additional services like custom printing or embroidery. Larger orders get better pricing.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a bulk order. Samples are available for custom manufacturing orders and take approximately 7 business days to produce. Sample costs are credited back to your account when you place your full production order.
What types of garments can you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, joggers, activewear, streetwear, uniforms, dresses, swimsuits, dashikis, African print clothing, sets and accessories. If you have a specific garment in mind contact us and we will let you know if we can produce it.
