At Simboo Nation, we strive to provide efficient, timely, and transparent shipping services to meet the needs of both our retail customers and wholesale partners. Whether you are ordering a custom-designed clothing item or placing a bulk order for your store, we aim to make the shipping process as seamless as possible.

2. Shipping Regions

We offer shipping to both domestic and international locations.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

  • International Shipping: We ship to international destinations that accept shipping through major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. International shipping rates will vary based on the destination.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted, reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

4. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: If the item is in stock and available for immediate shipping, the processing time is typically 5-7 business days.

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Processing times for custom-made or personalized clothing may vary based on the complexity of the design. These orders typically take between 10-14 business days.

  • Wholesale Orders: For bulk wholesale orders (50+ items), processing time is typically 3 weeks. Larger orders of 300+ items may take 4-6 weeks depending on order volume and complexity.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • For international shipping, rates will be shown during checkout once the shipping address is entered.

  • For custom orders, shipping rates will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation phase before finalizing the order.

Important: Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Free Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers located in Los Angeles, CA. Simply select “Local Pickup” during checkout and arrange a convenient time to pick up your order at our location.

Note: We do not offer free local delivery. All deliveries are handled through the shipping carriers.

7. Shipping Notifications and Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact us immediately at support@simboonation.com and provide your order details.

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.

Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to place a claim with the carrier for any damages or losses once the item is in transit.

9. Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@simboonation.com if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. After 24 hours, custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled.

10. International Shipping (Customs, Taxes, and Duties)

  • For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may be applicable based on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Simboo Nation is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local government procedures.

11. Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

  • Custom orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

12. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.

  • Remote Locations: Some remote international locations may not be available for delivery. Please contact us for more information before placing an order.
