How to Place a Custom Order

Step 2 — Receive your quote We review your request and send a detailed quote within 24–48 hours. No commitment required at this stage.

Step 3 — Approve your sample We produce a physical sample for your review before any bulk production begins. You approve it — then we start.

Step 4 — Production begins Your full order goes into production with quality checks and photo updates at every stage. You are kept informed throughout.

Step 5 — Delivery Your finished branded products are packed and shipped directly to you with full tracking and insurance.

What is the minimum order quantity? Our minimum is just 10 pieces per style. Samples are available from 1 piece.

Do I need to have my own design? No. Our design team can create your artwork, graphics and print-ready files from your ideas. Design fees apply.

How long does production take? Between 7 and 14 business days depending on your order size. Rush orders in 5 days are available for an extra fee.

Do I pay the full amount upfront? No. We require a 50% deposit to start production. The remaining 50% is due before your order ships.

Can I see a sample before the full order? Yes — always. We never start full production without your sample approval.

What file format do you need for my logo? AI, EPS or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI minimum. We can redraw low-resolution logos for a small fee.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. All orders include full tracking.
